past events

educational Field trip

Educational field trips are essential to the learning journey for our members and the wider university community. The trip to the Forward Base at Ezilinbo gives students direct exposure to real-life engineering projects, effectively bridging the gap between textbook knowledge and practical application.

These excursions go beyond theory, providing students with insight into industry standards, modern technologies, and professional practices. They enhance technical knowledge, deepen understanding of infrastructure development challenges, and ultimately prepare our students to become innovative and effective professional engineers.

research seminar

This Research Seminar was crucial for professional development, providing students with direct insight into the latest innovations and technologies in civil engineering. It served as a powerful platform for sharing ideas among students, lecturers, and industry experts, stimulating critical thinking and problem-solving skills. The seminar’s lasting impact is its ability to inspire student research, thereby preparing them for their careers and strengthening the university’s status as a center for innovation.

CONSTRUCTION of Student Sitting Area

Student Sitting Area Construction Project has been successfully undertaken, providing a tangible benefit to the university community. This completed project serves two key purposes: first, it offers students a much-needed, comfortable space for relaxation, collaboration, and private study. Second, it stands as a visible, practical application of civil engineering principles, showcasing the association’s direct and positive contribution to campus infrastructure. This new area is already fostering improved social interaction and a stronger sense of community.
